Don't freak out, but you need to memorize all 22 blocks by the end of the day or you'll be a failure.

FALSE!! No you don't.
The goal of this lesson is just meant to introduce you to yet another set of tools/structure that you could possibly use to help you build your stories. There are even more out there (Google "the Dan Harmon circle" for another one). So, yes, you can stick with the 3 Act structure, but the more piano keys you know about the more musical possibilities you have. I'm just sayin'. You can pick an choose what works for you.
In short: DON'T WORRY! YOU CAN SKIP THIS LESSON! IT'S JUST ANOTHER FRAMEWORK.
Here's a worksheet that'll help you pay attention if you decide to watch the video lesson. 👇

Okay, so if you've really lost your mind and are craving more and just can't get enough talk about story structure then check out Brandon Sanderson's lecture on story structure (if you don't know him he is an author of, like, a ton of books). Actually, he has a whole series of lectures all on YouTube that are worth checking out.
